The brief
How can goDentis stand out as a modern, accessible, and patient-centric dental brand in a highly competitive market?
The goal: promote partner dental practices and their services in a charming, memorable, and emotionally engaging way – both B2C (patients) and B2B (dentists).
The focus: boost awareness, build trust, and communicate the wide range of services with a wink.

The idea
"Dental issues – straight to the point. But with a smile."
We wanted to tackle the most common dental concerns head-on – without dental anxiety or medical jargon.
Instead, we used clear language, relatable characters, and witty visual wordplay that hits two meanings at once – in the best possible way.

At the heart of the campaign was a series of visuals showing real people with charming dental “issues” – brought to life, quite literally. Each one voiced a line like:
🗨️ “I’m looking for a bridge builder.”
🗨️ “I need a good gap filler.”
🗨️ “I’m desperate for a cleaner.”
Every line sounds like a personal ad – but in fact, refers to dental treatments like bridges, fillings, or cleanings.

The characters were playfully exaggerated, the color palette clean and fresh – blending a medical look with warmth and relatability.

The Execution
The campaign rolled out as a full 360° activation:
– Print ads in both trade and consumer magazines
– OOH placements: city lights and poster boards near pharmacies, shopping centers, and clinics
– Digital assets: animated teaser ads for social media and the web
– In-practice materials: posters, stickers, and displays for dental offices
– Landing page concept: campaign hub including a dentist finder feature

The result
The campaign delivered impressive awareness and likeability scores – among patients and partner clinics alike.
The humorous tone helped demystify complex treatments, lowered barriers, and presented expertise without fear.
